BMW has just unveiled the pricing for the 2025 edition of its flagship adventure bike, the R1300 GS Adventure. Priced at $22,745 as a starting point, this new model sees an increase over the 2024 version, reflecting updates and added features. However, this price is just the beginning.
In addition to the base MSRP, there's a mandatory $695 destination fee, and for those looking to enhance their ride with BMW's popular accessory packages, the costs can quickly rise. Local taxes will further impact the final price depending on your location.
BMW R1300 GS Premium Package Required for 2025
Currently, BMW only offers the R1300 GS Adventure with its $3,275 Premium Package already included in the base configuration. This brings the total price to $26,715, including the destination fee. The Premium Package is packed with advanced features designed to elevate the riding experience. BMW has hinted that a non-Premium version might become available later, but for now, buyers must opt for this upgraded model.
What’s Included in the Premium Package?
The Premium Package adds a host of high-tech features that cater to both comfort and safety. Key additions include:

- Centerstand and pannier mounts (panniers sold separately)
- Radar-enabled safety systems like rear collision warning and adaptive cruise control
- Cornering-sensitive headlights for improved visibility in turns

Riders can also choose between a quickshifter or BMW's new twist-and-go Automated Shift Assistant for a smoother gear transition experience.
Customization Options Drive Prices Higher
Beyond the standard Racing Red color, BMW offers additional color packages with enhanced features, which add hundreds or even thousands to the price. The Style GS Trophy package, with Racing Blue Metallic paint and black cross-spoked wheels, adds $845. The Triple Black Package features a black aluminum fuel tank, upgraded seats, and black cross-spoked rims, adding $895 to the cost. The Option 719 Karakorum package, which includes Aurelius Green Metallic matte paint, milled accent parts, and gold cross-spoked wheels, increases the price by $2,495.
For riders wanting even more performance, BMW also offers forged enduro wheels, which add $1,095 to the overall price.
